Recruiters can shortlist candidates and contact them through email or SMS. Shortlisted resumes and sent emails are saved and can be viewed in ‘Saved by Mobile’ & ‘Sent Email via Mobile’ folders respectively under SHORTLISTED RESUMES.
Job Posting
It allows recruiters to create job postings on Monster’s Website.
To post a job, recruiters need to fill in the necessary details including Job Title, Job Details, Required Key Skills, Experience, Location, Function and Roles. Next, click on Submit to make the job postings live.
Shortlisted Resumes
